Hi

are here any Vera Bradley fans who would like to chat about VB bags, prints and colors?

Couple of months ago I got my first VB to wear as casual bag on the weekeds and I am loving these bags more and more, and especially accesories.
Any other fans?
What are your have prints?

Hi, Zahrah. I'm a Vera fan as well. I especially love them for travel as they're washable. So I don't fret having to put them on the floor of the airplane like I would some of my other bags. I've got mostly the regular Tote sizes; I can't remember all the names and they're mostly retired but I think they're Sahara Sunset (purple is predominant), Baroque (black and chartreuse), Bali gold (yellow); Botanika (beautiful floral on black background); Nantucket (navy). I've got a hobo bag in Sittin' in a Tree (brown and green print), and a floral clutch (white background). I usually carry them on the weekends. They're lightweight, hold a lot without looking like I'm carrying a suitcase and then there's that washable thing again :smile1:

I like VB, but not for the purses. I have a couple different size duffles, cosmetic and toiletry bags, small purse accessories and am getting a travel tote set with coordinating accessories for my bday in a month. I received my first Vera in the mid nineties when I was a preschool teacher and it was a gift from a student. I still have it - a personalized cosmetic bag :) I've had many, many Vera bags come and go over the years since then and always look forward to the new stuff they come out with. Some of the prints I have are (trying to remember names)- deco daisy which is red, white and black, night owl which is black white, blue and red, midnight blues and plum crazy which are both current prints.

I was a huge fan last year and had a very large collection. I have since sold about half of my items with plans to pair down more.
I haven't been excited with where they are taking the look the last few launches. I have plans to go see the Fall patterns with the hope of buying a throw blanket.
I think I will be backing off buying the purses and utilize them more for small accessories.

My mother and aunt love VB and kept trying to her me to join their "VB club" lol. I'm picky when it comes to the patterns. I now have a mailbag, tech case and umbrella in Indigo Pop and a pleated tote in Islands Bloom.

Midnight blues is so beautiful. :-)
I purchased small purse-Frannie in this print, but sadly I think this print shows better in bigger bag, i think i will exchange it for something else.

That is the problem, to carefully choose what you are buying and resist the temptation so we wont end up with so much stuff. The purses have also limited wearability, depends on everyone lifestyle so especially those need to be choosen carefully.

Which ones from the fall patterns you want to get the blanket in?

I am liking a lot the Heather but that is like typical Vera print.

Neon rose, cocoa moss are definitelly different.

I know once they come out I will get placemats in Heather at least.

Bittersweet. The colors match my livingroom perfectly.

I like their duffles, wallets, lanyards & totes, especially the weekender. I only like a very small number of their prints (like night & day). I like bright & colorful, but wish they would figure something out with a smaller section with the patterns so theyre not so obnoxious. I love how lightweight & durable they are though, huge bonus when traveling!

My 8 yo dd loves the lunch bags :)

My mom adores Vera Bradley bags - beautiful patterns, styles, and quality. I agree; although I personally do not carry the bags, I love their accessories. I think the brand is so sweet, pretty, and functional.
