From my experiences (I am based in NY)
-Vintage Alhambra YG Gullioche Earrings - Took around 2 months
-Vintage Alhambra YG Diamond Earrings - Ordered them early March 2022, didn't get them until November 2022 (8 months, but totally worth the wait)
-Vintage Alhambra YG Onyx Earrings - Around 2 weeks
-Vintage Alhambra WG MOP Earrings - 3 weeks

If I see something online and it's not in the store, my SA would take a 30% deposit from the price that is shown online the day I place the order. Once I see the order in person and want to purchase it, I pay the remaining balance. There were a few times where I placed an order and did not like it in person. I was refunded back my deposit. What I appreciate was the price is the same price when the order was placed

Hi everyone. I am trying to purchase the 10 motif hammered gold necklace. I had a terrible experience in the boutique. The SA told me the piece hasn’t been in production for a long time. The website says to call to order so when I left the store, i called the e-boutique line. They told me that the piece was in the workshop and could be up to 3 months. They added me to the list and took all of my information but did not ask me for a deposit or anything. Should they have asked for a deposit? How likely is it that someone will actually call me for the piece?

hi @floridagal23 , did you ever hear back about the 10 hammered gold? I’ve only always worked with a store sa, but there is a youtuber that acquired hammered rose gold 10 necklace and bracelet online (i believe).
One S.A. told me they would help me order it and send a payment link and multiple follow ups later, they have not. Another SA told me it’s not available to order right now. I have seen rose gold online but I am looking for YG. The online store is more helpful and calls me periodically but there is nothing in stock.

My S.A. ordered a 10-motif hammered white gold one for me last month, and I got it a couple of weeks later. I liked it so much I ordered a matching bracelet last week before the price increase.

Hi. I did the opposite way and ordered a bracelet I didn’t receive yet 🥲. And if it is gorgeous I plan on ordering the necklace. Happy to know it is indeed gorgeous. Could you make a modshot if you are ok with posting a picture ? Thanks

May I ask, should I be finding a way to call individual stores about these waitlists (with deposits)?

I attempted to order a Frivole necklace the other day on the phone to match my new earrings, but the VCA agent I spoke with only offered to make me a wishlist, which she said was not guaranteed/required no deposit. It felt rather unhelpful consider that she couldn't even confirm that they'd ever call me to make the purchase.

I'm assuming that individual stores might have better policies than their customer service number, though I'm not sure any SA would offer me many favors considering my purchase history is entirely through their online store (I don't live near a physical store).

Do you all think that there is a shot at me being put on a "real" list for the pendant (if I find a store SA), or should I just not bother and keep my eyes open on the pre-loved market? I have very little patience for the games that some luxury brands like to play. I'd prefer to buy directly through VCA to guarantee the authenticity of my pieces, but I also don't want to jump through hoops for pieces as expensive as this, if that makes sense. I'm more than happy to wait for my turn. I just want to ensure that I get a turn.

Hello just to be sure : which frivole necklace is it ? The small frivole can be ordered as far as I know. Sometimes I heard the phone assistance can locate a piece that is available to buy in the country and then connect you with an SA at the store where it is located. Good luck finding your necklace.
