Can anyone tell me if ordering magic mop earrings is possible? I was at south coast in SoCal today and the SA helping me said you can’t even place an order anymore. Is that accurate?

Hi Chopan, I would suggest trying a different store. I was told they don’t take any deposits in one of the stores but could pay a deposit to be placed on a waitlist in another.. again, they didn’t give any guarantees, no price guarantee as well, it’s just a waitlist. I was told 6-9 months wait. I feel they create this “scarcity” artificially so that we all feel how special and hard to get the pieces are, and want to buy them more.. just part of their game…

So so annoying for VCA to do this. Thanks for your advice on trying another store, going to have to try my luck.

Hi everyone!
I have recently paid a deposit at a VCA store to be placed on a waitlist for Frivole earrings and was told the estimated time is 6-9 months but may be longer AND they do not guarantee the price. Just checking if anyone here has recently been on a waitlist. How long did it take you to receive your item? Will VCA fulfill the order or may cancel it? Any info is very much appreciated
Do you mind me asking where you are located? I wanted to order the earrings and was told they are not taking orders (US). Thanks!

Re: magic ear rings: I was also told today that we can’t put an order in for magic ear rings anymore… don’t know if it’s a new thing… they just said they have a wait list, and will call you if they come in, but they can’t commit to a time frame and hence they cannot or do not want to put an order in for clients. HTH!

HTH! this is inline with what I was told as well. When I asked if I could put in a order for vintage though, I suggested to the SA that maybe they could make
Yes this sounds similar to what I was told. When the SA told me you can still order vintage though, I suggested telling them to make the vintage a bit larger - similar to magic size. He was not amused

Really I thought that was pretty funny. Seems like magic is a lot more popular nowadays… I even saw a vintage malachite ear rings, 5 motif bracelet (also malachite) and a malachite magic (!!!!) single motif sitting nicely in the store, but alas, no magic in sight. >_<
