I finally listened to the advice here about Wolf 1834 vault trays and ordered some to try out.

They are great! I can organize and see my pieces really nicely this way.

Love your collection!! (Esp the 2 motif earrings which are so hard to get these days). I too have the 3 flower frivole necklace, and it’s subtle but striking. Agree on laying out jewelry so you can see them everyday and wear them more often, looks great!

Thank you! Yes, I heard from my SA how tough the 2 motif earrings are lately. I am glad that I purchased them a few years ago when I saw them.

I am glad that you enjoy your 3 flower necklace as well. I wear mine a lot and get complimented often--usually just because someone thinks it is pretty and not because they know anything about the brand. It is attractive but doesn't necessarily say "VCA" the way my Alhambra pieces do.

To anyone who owns and wears the RG Sweet Alhambra bracelet (6 motif), did you get your creation shortened?

I know this piece is 17cm as standard but am curious if anyone had some length removed.

And for those who do wear this stacked with a LOVE bracelet/JUC, do you find it comfortable, does it get tangled a lot and does it scratch your Cartier bracelet?

Thank you in advance!

Yes, it’s why I like it too! I too receive compliments when I wear it from people who don’t know the brand. I love the way the three flowers catch the light too, shines from every angle. Love the Frivole line, it’s equally one of the favorites with Alhambra and Perlee. Ah, the two motif.. I’ve been asking for almost a year and it’s still on the no order list.

I feel your pain! I’m in a similar position with the hammered YG Alhambra pieces, which they aren’t even taking deposits on.

Hi Everyone! Looking for advice on completing a set or avoiding too much matching. I have the following all in yellow gold:
-Malachite vintage pendant and bracelet
-Tiger eye butterfly pendant
-Carnelian pendant

I placed a deposit for vintage malachite earrings and they have arrived but I’m having second thoughts if I should get something different. I have alternate emerald earrings.

Is it too much to try and get a complete set (I have heard 2 at a time is best)
With what I have, should I be going for something completely different?

Would love to hear suggestions and your thoughts! Thanks in advance

I wore it the standard length with one motif dangling for about 2 years before I got it shortened to 16cm (my wrist size is 14cm). To be honest I prefer the look of the motifs in their original distance (farther apart from each other) but it’s much more comfortable to wear the bracelet in your actual size since it won’t snag on any clothing with loose yarns. I would recommended sizing it accordingly since that’s always most comfortable for daily wear.

I personally keep my Love/JUC/bangle stack arm separate from chain bracelets arm because I don’t like the chain bracelets sliding under/over bangles causing more visible wear & tear on your bangles, and I also can’t stand the feeling/sound when the metal friction grinds against each other. But if this is a non issue for you and you don’t mind your bangles showing more wear & tear from the friction then of course do what your heart desires! There’s a thread for the 6 motif I think you’ll find a lot of helpful info on there too.

Is rhodonite a durable stone? I’m about to purchase it from a reseller. Should I worry about getting it wet? I’ll take it off for showers, workouts etc but just in case I don’t will it get ruined? Also does the stone break easily? TIA

I've worn it a lot in hot summer days, no discoloration or damage thus far. I think you'll be fine as long as you take it off for showers and workouts. VCA can also replace the stone for you if something happens to it.
