Thinking of adding the Alhambra vintage pendant necklace in yellow gold guilloche as I'm looking for a versatile necklace that I can wear daily. Seems like the guilloche is much more suited for daily wear vs. a stone necklace. However, my concern is if the guilloche is too sparkly/fancy to wear with casual clothes? I feel like the hammered gold is more casual but I don't love the design as much as I do the guilloche. Which one should I get? I dress in business casual for work and very casually on weekends (have a toddler so nothing fancy!)

Buy what you love. FWIW, I don't think the plain guilloche single pendant is too dressy for anything, for t-shirts and business casual. It's just pretty.

This is exactly the same reason why I had it on my wishlist. I don’t think it’s too dressy but it can be if you dress up as well. I think on its own or with another dainty necklace, it looks very chic and can go well with casual clothes. This is the reason why I got mine . HTH

Can be used at any separate VCA boutique, as long as not privately owned. Don't know if credits cross country borders tho.
@YEANETT Maybe this is region/country dependent as well, in Singapore the credit can’t be used across boutiques. At least my sister just tried and they wouldn’t let her.

I don’t find the YG guilloche to be too sparkly/fancy for daily wear. I often wear it casually but for me personally I do think it looks best when wearing clothes that are a bit more feminine or dressed up because of the pattern. It looks great with tank tops, boat necks, turtle necks, sweaters, button up shirts, and dresses. Depending on your style it could work with v-neck t-shirts too but I think it looks better with more intentional outfits.

For an unfussy pendant that you can wear very casually dressed down or also dressed up I find the pave Alhambra perfect for that personally. From a scale of most casual to more dressy for the solid gold Alhambra pendants I would rank them: hammered - pave - guilloche. Just my opinion though, hope it helps!

Thank you @tenshix. They did tell my hubby I could use it on other boutiques. I just ended up getting the guilloche one motif necklace and order something else as well.

Ok ladies I’m having a thought and need assistance. Do we like the idea of vintage and sweet earrings worn together for ear stack. I’m wondering if I should get turquoise sweets to wear with my vintage pair.
I love the idea, but I think it is hard to pull off since the piercings end up being too close that the earrings are basically touching, and something seems a little off with the proportions. I think I would like a little more diversity in texture, like WG pave vintage next to WG turquoise sweets if your piercings are far enough apart to manage it. I also think ear stacks with 2 sweets looks very cute.

So I found these on IG. What do you think? I like the idea of the pave wg sweets. That could go with the Turquoise vintage. I don’t want to have tons of earrings that I won’t wear. I wear my studs primarily

For me, it is clustered more like the last photo, which looks too close together for my eye. The shape of the butterfly sweet might give it more room visually, but I don’t have any butterfly earrings personally. I have pave vintage and non-pave sweets that I can take a photo of later for you, but I just think they are too visually close to an overlapping look for me personally. I have 3rd holes also, which may work better, but I think they are probably closed up.
