I'm interested in a referral to a reliable/honest SA in the US. I've mostly shopped at the e-boutique thus far but have had a negative experience with an SA in Las Vegas (connected with them originally by the e-boutique to order a bracelet) ordering a 10m necklace. Time for a change if anyone has any suggestions. Thank you!

Would someone please suggest their SA that’s senior and high up and has pull within the store but still personable. I am a VIP client with the NY 5th ave boutique and my SA doesn’t respond and doesn’t have time to talk to me. When we tried to hold the SA accountable it’s now down to meeting with the boutique manager. So I feel my SA is dropping me. I want someone who does high jewelry as well as I plan to transition to that and someone that has access to rare pieces and exclusive events. Please help. Thank you in advance

I would go to the Maison Seoul. It seems TDF and the decorum is beautiful ! Please post pics if you go you are lucky 🍀. Could you if you happen to go tell us how is the orderability or availability of their LE 20 motif & 5 motif (pink MOP and RG guilloché)? Good shopping

Does anyone know really good VCA store anywhere in the US that can get stuff easily ? Any recommendations on SA?

My local SA seems very uninterested in selling anything to me and SA I purchased in past from other state is gone MIA.

I would recommend going through your SM for the right fit. The Fifth Ave SM is also well placed to route you through high jewelry, and already has a high incentive to keeping VIPs happy

I’m nowhere being a VIP, but never had any issues with Jasmine who I believe is Senior SA at 5th Ave. If you’re interested, I can share her contact details

Hi! I was wondering if you were able to go to the Seoul Maison boutique? I will be visiting Korea later this month and was hoping you (or someone) can share contact details for an SA there so I can let them know what I’m looking for and prepare for my visit in terms of stock and availability.
