Sorry for the late response! I have not been to the Raffles Arcade location. If I’m not wrong, that location houses the some exhibitions (like the ruby showcase by VCA) recently. Maybe they do sell a few core pieces, but I don’t recall it being the normal boutiques that you go to. You can give them a call if you want! :)

Do you have an answer of your SA if she agrees to share contact details ? I took an appointment in NCA and will then probably go then at Ion.
Oh and do you know if they can engrave holiday pendant in Chinese or Japanese characters? I would like for mine to be engraved in either language 💗

Thank you for the information! I saw that they had a special exhibition, and so was wondering what the boutique was like. If you and your SA are willing, I would also be grateful for their contact details.

I went to the Raffles Arcade store for the guided exhibitions. The waiting area is quite small (see the attached picture, it shows the entire area). The hidden door on the right side leads to the exhibition area. I'm not sure what's behind the door on the left side. The SA who hosted me for the guided tour told me I can come to the Raffles Arcade store to try on and purchase creations as well. Maybe behind the left door is the main store area (I'm not sure). Maybe someone who shop at the Raffles Arcade store can share.

Hello everyone. I wanted to ask if someone knows helpful and polite sales associates in Paris Vendome store? I am thinking to book an appointment as I want to purchase something whilst visiting Paris. It would be my first purchase in store, and would like to get a nice and helpful sales associate. I would extremely appreciate if someone could recommend :smile:
