I hear you!!! The gentleman that was to show me pieces had a smirk on his face!! Like yeah I wasn’t all glammed up but I swear it was as if I was being mocked by then with the attitude. Ok I think online might be best for me or maybe nothing from them

Last time I was in was to decide between Cartier and a VCA bracelet. Well I went in first into Cartier and then into VCA. Night and day service!!!

Needless to say I opted for Cartier. Their customer service just sold me even though I had gone just to try on and had mentioned to the SA I was just looking and not ready to buy.

VCA was the complete opposite. The SA seemed not interested in showing me the pieces and somewhat cold. Anyhow, I want to go back in and try a few of their pieces but thought I’d ask here if there was anyone that could suggest an SA.

I thought I was the only one with this experience at VCA!

You can actually just stop by .
They'll book you an appointment at ginza store .. stay around the area .. i was quoted 30mins.. but sa was available in 10mins.
Sa won't be able to reserve items for new customer anyway.

Anyone based in London? Looking for a SA recommendation please :)

I’m also travelling to Tokyo and Hong Kong next year and would appreciate if anyone could me their give SA details. Thanks a lot!

Hello All,
I am on a hunt for a new SA preferably in NYC. I have made two purchases from my SA of one which was recent. I am trying to make a third purchase for my sister and figured I have her purchase from him so he can make the commission and I maintain a good relationship with him. Its been 3 weeks that he is suppose to send me a link to purchase malachite earrings. I have been busy so have not been following up but I shouldn't have to since he will be getting commission from me. What do you think could be the issue? Is it time to get a new SA because obviously this one has more important clients to look after.
