I recently met an amazingly sweet & warm SA at Fashion Island NM if anyone wants her contact!

I went to the South Coast Plaza VCA boutique right before and the SA I had an appt with was very robotic; I didn't get very good vibes from her. The SA at NM was a breath of fresh air.

I echo this. I've only interacted with her via text, but she has been so nice! She didn't have what I wanted in stock, but was super helpful and kind. I'm hoping to make my first trip to the boutique soon!

The NM SA's are the best. They put the SCP VCA SAs to shame. I will only buy at NM or online.
