Curious but how stiff are the sides of your vanity cases? I bought this vintage one from 1999 and it’s kind of lost it’s shape. I have stuffed it and am letting it sit for a while. Plan on steaming it to see if I can get wrinkles out. Wondering if the filigree ones are more structured or have inserts.

They are very stiff and will hold their shape very well. I can't foresee the structure losing its shape over time unless you put something VERY heavy over it. If properly stored, it will not end up losing its shape at all.

Mine is a medium - I’m 5’6” size 10/12 and I had the strap lengthened by leather surgeons!
