The Hawaiian Kuuipo ring (which means "sweetheart") is actually very common. All you have to do is search for hawaiian custom rings and you're search will come up with different companies that sell those and other Hawaiian jewelry. You can even have your name instead of kuuipo on the band. I have a gold bangle like V's ring and a silver ring with my name in Hawaiian. They're even used as wedding bands. You don't have to worry about not finding the Kuuipo ring because they'll be around forever.
