I’m so sorry. I don’t know why they said that to you. I don’t think SO or MTOs are possible through the online store. Take a look at the Special Order thread for more details. There is a list of MTO and they discuss the purchase threshold to make MTOs now.
Yea, i assume you have to pre-spend to get a SO! Its ok. Maybe one day there will be a resell online. Thank you.
