Wish to see some of your inspirational modelling pics.

I got the hummingbird brooch by chance. I walked into a boutique to look at perlee couleurs earrings and saw this one among other brooches on display. Since it's on my wish list, I immediately put deposit to hold it till my birth month.

I like stones from vca because of their quality. I don't mind if they are in vca clover shape or not, the stones speak for themselves and passersby do recognise quality, you can tell by their eyes that they're captivated by the quality of the stones even though the stones are not traditionally viewed as valuable and are not in vca clover shapes.

I am happy to be able to have vca turquoise and lapis lazuli in my collection.

So true, the sparkle on the stones are amazing! I can’t see the hummingbird available on the site where I am, good thing you found it!

So good to know! It wasn’t previously on my radar but love the uniqueness of the hummingbird design and the radiant colors. I’m loving my malachite earrings and can see the appeal of the bright VCA stones!

Exactly! It is unique, but the stones and beading really tie it in with the other VCA collections, so they can be worn together. I like my pieces to reference each other, but rarely wear full sets of the exact same stone and shape. I have tried the animal clips pined on a 10 motif also, but once I saw someone model it on a doubled magic chain I knew that would be the way for me to wear it.

I asked for one one or two years ago but my SA told me that it can be ordered if there's no stock. Knowing that I was picky about stones, I dropped the idea.

I was very happy when I saw the brooch in the display case and the stones are nice enough to meet my standards. I immediately put it on hold.

Hope you will find one soon. Like nicole0612 said, you just have to ask. Maybe there's one somewhere.

This is GORGEOUS! I especially love the position of the hummingbird in your 2nd photo- it really as if it was hovering on your lapel.

Thank you! This brooch has converted me into a brooch wearer. I think as I earn more years on earth, a brooch can really help me tie an outfit together. I might add one or two more later because I can see how they can accompany me well into my later years.
