For rings, the butterflies are too small on my big hands. I am a small person but I have large hands for some strange reason. I am considering the architectural panther ring in yg from Cartier or the pave frivoles in yg. Though I am not convinced I want to deal with more pave pieces from vca after my two issues this year so leaning towards Cartier.

I don’t blame you for being wary about adding more pave pieces from VCA after your experience. I have to say when I read that it shook me too because for the insane amounts of money we pay for their products, the least we can expect is impeccable quality of post-sales service! My vote for the panthere ring because that cat face gets me every time! So very pretty and a little different from the VCA rings you already have so a big bonus in terms of variety. I love the pave Frivole BTF ring, don’t get me wrong! But, since you already have a flower BTF ring in the lotus, the panthere seems a better option, variety-wise? Of course, in the end we love what we love so if you do add the Frivole, it will still be a win-win since it’s a fabulous choice.

I've been super busy and not on these threads much. I've been quickly scanning to catch up, and your photo pops up right in my face!

Congratulations on your stunning Noeud! It's gorgeous on you. It's the most striking bow ring to me ever since I saw it on @lynne_ross. Beautiful ring on you, and the wait was worth it!

Your photo is also perfect timing. I have been looking at VCA rings and really want more BTF rings.
I love BTF rings, and as you know, I've been debating back and forth on the butterfly ring which you graciously posted a photo of yours with your WG Clover in the ring thread. As you probably guessed, I chickened out buying it for fear it would be too dainty looking.

However, seeing this photo with the butterfly ring next to Frivole and Lotus, the butterfly ring has my heart again. Yes, it's on the dainty side, but I love love love how the two distinct butterflies are floating on top of your fingers. It's a true BTF look which is what I have been seeking.

I keep thinking about this ring, and you sold me! Thanks for the inspiration.

I find hammered yg and wg very different on my skin tone. Yg is a great hardy neutral. Doesn’t stand out but at same time is beautiful. Whereas the wg hammered looks like pave diamonds and stands out on my pink skin. It is more eye catching. My mom noticed my wg pieces right away and was trying to figure out if they were diamonds or not from a few feet away.

I am also leaning towards panther biting ring as I loved it the moment I tried it on. Big and bold. Agree I think it gives me more variety. It would be 2024 purchase so lots of time to decide.
