same! and they span all styles, from sandals to heels to boots. i hv to say ive not bought any since vlogo came out...Just noticed almost if not 50% of my shoe collection is Valentino. 🥰
I have the block heel versions of these sandals and I also bought them years ago. They are my go to sandals when I dress up and I find them flattering on my feet. These days I don't think too much about what’s popular or in style according to fashion influencers. Instead I notice and appreciate when I notice people who have individual style. So I have a pair of gold flat gladiator sandals that go with a dress I have...however they are years and years old (bought when they originally came out). Honest question...do people still wear these???? I don't want to look hopelessly outdated. I live in Florida if that makes a difference...
all shoes will eventually get worn, but this crack isnt in an obvious place, nor is it something that is not repairable if it worsens. only concern is if you were to wear it every day, then id worry. for the love you seem to have for this style, color. sz and comfort, id say keep it and wear it happily as long as you can.View attachment 6186276View attachment 6186276
Hi V lovers.
I just got this pair of sandals. I really like them but upon careful inspection the base of the sandal have already cracked. I got them on FarFetch. Should I return them? I really love the colour and most importantly, my size is hard to come by.
I was also given cream coloured canvas shoe bags instead of the red ones. Is this the norm for every different collection? I suppose that for all purchases, we should be given the red shoe bags. Anyone has the same experience?

Thanks for your input. I will definitely think about it as it’s hard to get this pair in my size.all shoes will eventually get worn, but this crack isnt in an obvious place, nor is it something that is not repairable if it worsens. only concern is if you were to wear it every day, then id worry. for the love you seem to have for this style, color. sz and comfort, id say keep it and wear it happily as long as you can.
Thanks. I have sent an email to their CS. Waiting for their replyIMO, unacceptable. It looks more like a nick rather than a crack, but it is the definition of a 'weak spot' and will eventually weaken the shoe.
FF may offer you a discount, but I would still send them back.
