Valentino Rockstud Flipflops - Are they worth it?

I bought mine last October (2020) and one of the straps broke in June (2021). Given that it was winter, they didn't get a lot of wear. I was unhappy about it but based on where they broke my husband was able to repair them pretty well with glue and a heavy staple. I'm not sure how long they will hold. If I had to do it again, I would put that money toward a non PVC pair of shoes.

I got a 40 when I normally wear 8.5 (9 in some for the width) and they fit length wise length but I feel kind for the width my feet are too wide for it, like the foot bed was made too narrow. Does anyone else have that problem?

Yes...I’m also a solid 8.5 M a s I have these flip flops in a size 40. They are just slightly narrow. I think they are made for more narrow feet but my medium width feet look ok in them. If I had chubby feet, I don’t think they’d work for me but my feet are bony so even though not narrow, I can get away with them.
