I got myself a Valentino kitten heels in grainy leather black ( image attached) and I feel like I don't know how to rock in them Does anyone has this heel and if so, wondering what your thoughts are, are they versatile enough for you?

Rock them however you feel like...with denim shorts or skirts, with or without tights, for casual chic. Or faux leather or split hem leggings are great for showcasing these shoes.
