You can even out the watermarks on the bottom of that cabas by using the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser sponge to clean it up a bit. It will dry the leather out a bit, but then you can re-condition it with Apple Conditioner. Or you can try the Apple conditioner first and see if you are happy with the results. I've used the Magic Eraser (ME) sponge with much success on bags with watermarks and dirt on the leather.:smile1:

PBI- lol! Thanks very much! I try to change them out every nowandthen to spice it up a bit. I go for things that I've always remembered and make me smile! :p

You guys are great! Thank you =) The seller is so wonderful, she is going to refund me the entire amount of the purse if I send it back to her, so all is solved! It is in great condition but just not for me. I'm so anal that I just can't get over it. SO I decided to go with the Popincourt so I don't have to worry about this issue next time!

As I mentioned, the seller said she'd refund me the price I paid less ebay listing fees and shipping. I'm confused about the shipping, as I thought I would get that back. I paid for the shipping initially though thru paypal ($25) and am paying myself again to send the cabas back.

Is it fair that I ask for shipping to be refunded in this case? What do you all think?

Personally i'd be happy she is going to refund for the bag. I think since you bought the bag knowing there were water marks on the bag and she did mention they were more visable then noted in the picture you are lucky she's refunding. I'd take it as that and just ship the bag back and expect the refund with the lost ebayfee/ and shipping cost as a good turn out.

I think it's fair for her to not refund the s/h. I did the same thing when someone returned a phone to me on Ebay b/c it wasn't the one they thought. They didn't seem to have a problem with it.

Good for you that she's at least refunding ur $ though. That's a very nice seller indeed! Are you just getting the Popincourt at the boutique then?

Thats what I was thinking too, just take what I can get at this point - she didn't have to refund me at all!!!

As for Popincourt, not sure where I'm going to get it. I'm going to hold off for a while till I get the refund, so I can hunt around. I will have to order online as I have no LV near me :(
