USPS can't find my package

I do not like sending expensive items with USPS (eventhough ensured).
My first incident was when I bought a LV purse on EBay. The mailman handed me an empty-OPENED package. I refused to accept it and got my money refunded from the seller.

My 2nd incident was I sold a LV bag and mailed it insured to the buyer. The mailman delivered it to the wrong address and someone signed for it. The supervisor at the post office literally had to come to the wrong address to get my package back, but they denied that it was a LV bag. Mailman's fault and I'm still waiting for my $600 refund from USPS (I refunded the buyer first).

I'm so upset that this happed within 3 months apart.

That's horrible.
You'd think they'd have x-ray vision that they would even KNOW that the box contains an expensive bag!

So I called my LOCAL post office to complain and the girl there was nice enough to track on HER system (since usps.com is useless when it comes to that-basically all it says is that it's ENROUTE and not much else)

Anyway, she told me that it was sent out PARCEL POST!!
And it wasn't even due to arrive until TOMORROW since it's 8 days on Parcel Post.

Yesterday, I started thinking that maybe it was shipped out that way and I e-mailed the seller asking what method of shipping it was sent out-on the auction it clearly states $19.99 for PRIORITY MAIL.

I got an e-mail back saying "It was shipped out Priority Mail"

Ummmm....NO.
IT WASN'T!! Or it would BE here already.

I'm so infuriated.
I e-mailed the seller and basically said-even though your auction states it should have been mailed Priority, I'm not going to *****, but you could at least have been honest enough with me so that I don't have to develop an ulcer because something that would have taken 2-3 days to get here (had you shipped it the way you were SUPPOSED to) is still NOT here.

UGH.
Even if the bag is PRISTINE and PERFECT-I think that alone calls for neutral feedback

Aw, calm down. I bought a pair of jeans and I paid with a credit card instead of my bank account. The seller got mad and washed the jeans, didn't dry them, put it in a plastic bag, and mailed them out to me. That was the nastiest pair of jeans I had ever bought, they were wet AND hot (I live in Texas) when it got here.
