I agree. I fully trust her opinion when it comes to authenticating preloved Hermès items.
and it's not many pennies either! - a very very small amount compared with the cost of the average bag
I used option 2 and have no regrets. She is professional, thorough and had my certificate of authentication back to me in about an hour. I'd use her services again and again for pre-loved purchases.
My last Kelly, purchased from a seller I was not familiar with on eBay, caused me to use her services. Worth every penny. Having the Certificate of Authenticity from bababebi made the purchase perfect. It was a bag where the price seemed "too good to be true", but it was in fact an authentic Kelly, sold by a lovely ebayer, at an excellent price and I smile every time I take her out on the town.
We buy storage lockers in auctions and came across what had a good chance to be real Lizard Kelly , After reading these boards I decided Togo with her. I had great experience, she was very attentive and worth the cost. I was satisfied even before I found out it mine was real, Last week I was able to get it authenticated and into a auction quickly. I feel like having her authentication will help it get some good bids and more then pay for costs of authentication . I will use her service again if I come across another.

Out of curiosity and this means no disrespect - what is bababebi’s background with Hermès that makes everyone so trusting of her judgement about Hermes?
I remember back when the authentication thread was open, she was an Authenticator there as well.
I am considering purchasing a Kelly on Fashionphile and also using an Authenticator for my own peace of mind, even though Fashionphile is very large and seems to be a reputable reseller. I would like to learn more about her experience and how she became so knowledgeable about Hermes.

I wouldn't be comfortable having any pre-owned Hermes bags without the Reassurance of having bababebi authenticate it and the certificate for me is almost like an extra proof to put with the bag in the unlikely event I wanted or needed to sell it.

Sorry, I know this is an older reply, but I paid for a certificate of opinion for $150 but it seems to be the same as the one page email opinion for $100. There’s no detail anywhere as to what to expect so I’m hoping someone here knows. Thanks!
Bababebi is excellent at her craft and well as being accommodating. I would ask specifically the details you are wanting.
