^^Mine was in voice of experience, it was fraying, my old leather skinny, but they said they wouldn't do anything about it unless I paid 20 dollars. And that was normal wear sadly .

I already look like im 12, lucky to get a 14 out of it, with my poor first coach item. they just tossed it back. When I first started working so many parents would stand right next to me haughtily during a procedure, often yells of "YOUR HURTING MY DAUGHTER!" would ring precariously through the hallway when I'd just be suctioning their saliva infecting mouths.. if they made their kids brush then they wouldn't be here in the first place!

It is honestly your fault unfortunetly, do you have a picture? The leather is most likely just scuffed because leather doesn't really peel ime.
