I won't be going down without a fight on this. As SKPhoto can attest, he is NOT forthcoming with information. It's getting insanely old.

But hopefully within two more weeks Ill be done with him.

2 weeks down! So I guess ANY DAY NOW.

Jeweler Dude has not replied to any emails from me in two weeks...kind of irritating. The lady handling this project isn't aware of the deal we made. I hope he honors it. Hell I hope it's no cost at all to me, since it went on for two months with NO PROGRESS.

Just got an email from the lady at the jeweler:

"I actually spoke with Flyer yesterday about another project and they checked on the status of your ring for me. It is scheduled to be done at the end of next week. So, with a little bit of luck we will have it here Friday or Saturday!"

She's ON IT. I really am glad. I am so sick of this waiting. I just have to get through this last week without losing my mind. I am going NUTS.

She replies to my messages every time, and I am incessant. lol

He used to be really good but he drastically fell off.

She emailed me to tell me she's hoping for Friday delivery but hasn't talked to them yet today. She thought it might be funny to say "oh did I say this week? I meant end of September!". Not. Funny.

O.M.G.........is the 'jeweler dude', the owner of the store or just someone on the sales floor? All I can say that if this situation happened where I work......you'd be getting a huge discount and a dozen roses. yikes, what shoddy customer service.

Thankfully this girl is on top of things! When I read your earlier post "it's getting insanely old" I misread it and thought you wrote "he's insanely old" and I thought. . oh no! I hope he doesn't die before it's finished!

Anyway, I'm anxiously awaiting your arrival!! Keeping my fingers crossed you'll get it this Friday!

I would make her aware of whatever agreement/discussion you have had with J.D......you are entitled to any stipulations that he suggested he would extend. I know how forgetful in detail the owner of the store where I work can be and at times, the SAs can be quite stunned when a customer tells them of a discussion that they had had with the owner, etc. Hope you get the ring sooner rather than later and it is the end of this crappy journey.

Me too!!! Sk can maybe correct the age estimate but I'd say early to mid 40s probably. He's not very old but certainly is overwhelmed enough to be scattered.

god me too. Sooo burned out.

I sort of told ger but she was like "that's between you two. I'm just here to make it get completed and done right"

For real! But assuming no hiccups it should be anytime in the next 7 days. I kind of got hosed with vacations at flyer but hopefully any day now. The SA is hoping for Friday.
