I just received the DE pochette accessoires. When you call the Customer Service line, request they email the stores to contact you directly. Its a mass email they send out to the stores and any store that has the item you are looking for contacts you. 2 stores called me the next day after my CSR call and I purchased mine from Jacksonville, FL (they had a MiF DE). I dont think the waitlist works very well, kind of like how they tell you if you save the item to your wishlist on the website, you will receive a email notification when it becomes available. I have yet to ever get an email notification for any of the unavailable items on LV’s site.
