<<what are you thinking of ordering?>>

I'm looking at pendants. My picks on the website are:

p.1, first row, #3
p.2, first row, #1
p.3, fourth row, #1
p.5, first row, #1
p.6, third row, #2

They're all lovely, but I have a tendency to favor certain types of designs, and I must be strict with myself about only buying pieces that add a new "flavor" to my collection, LOL.

I'm also looking at Kwiat's jasmine pendant.

Decisions, decisions...
So.....Have you made up your choice yet??? Which one is it gonna be? I am just curious....

I don't really own any designer jewelry, but I guess "under-rated" could also mean those pieces that didn't really exicte you when you got them, but you find yourself going back to over and over again.

1. A small ruby/diamond/14k stylized leaf pendant. My first piece of "real" jewelry I bought about 20 years ago from Best (a discount store/catalogue). I bought it by mail order, over the phone (remember when we did that, instead of the Internet!?!). My pendant has outlasted the store--they went out of business a few years later. It's a modest little pendant, but beautifully made, and the rubies are perfect. I keep going back to it, and still marvel at how pretty and well-made it is.

2. A chunky smoky topaz y necklace from WalMart, of all places. I get so many compliments on it. I think I paid $27 for it a few years ago.

3. A sterling, freshwater pearl, turquoise, amber necklace from eBay. When I saw the tumbnail pic, I thought, "Lord, what an ugly necklace!", Then, when I enlarged the pic, I loved it--and bought it. I wear it often, and always get at least 2 compliments each time. I even bought another one later, as the seller gave me a great deal on it--and I loved it so much, I wanted another one, in case I lost the first one!

4. A pair of sterling and white freshwater pearl (about 8mm) stud earrings. I wear these probably once a week. Plain earrings that go with so many things...

5. Plain 14k or sterling hoop earrings. They're the work-horses of my collection.
