St. Onge collection, its very under appreciated I think. it's a Canadian jewellery company and they work in 19k white, rose and yellow gold. everything is incredibly detailed and intricate. I own one piece from this company and everytime I wear it I get so many compliments, but no one knows what st. onge is when I tell them!

This is one of my favorite pieces and very special to me, not my photo, a dragon charm. I rarely see it.

Candice, I checked out the St. Onge website, and I LOVE the jewelry! It reminds me of one of my favorite designers, Rhonda Faber Green. Her pieces have the same refined look and amazing attention to detail. Wish the St. Onge jewelry was available in the U.S. I guess I'll just have to make a trip to Canada!

Can we have a thread to show our underrated jewelry items? By underrated I just mean that they may not get as much love on tPF as items like the Cartier love bracelet, VCA Alhambra, etc. But they really should

I'll kick it off with one of my favorite rings, the Cartier maillon panthere - I highly recommend this ring, I wear it more than my trinity and it's more comfortable as well! They have full diamond, half diamond, and all gold versions. The photo is from my blog, sorry if it is large:

what a cute ring!!!

The diamond fish and lapis torque are discontinued for a while now. As for the earrings, I am uncertain what part of the flower it is suppose to be. I think it is just suppose to look natural. Thank you for the compliment.

This fish is pretty if you are looking for a diamond fish- http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/Ite...p+1-c+288188-r+101297722-x+-n+6-ri+-ni+0-t+-k+

I see! Does Tiffany's discontinue items often? How do you know which items are permanent and which are not? TIA!

Tiffany and Company tends to keep a piece for a number of years. I know the diamond fish came out in 2006, and I bought mine in 2009 ( I think). I know they still had the matching earrings the last time I was in NYC (which was December). When I asked about the pendant, the salesperson said that the item was discontinued.

There is no way for me to know if an item is permanently discontinued or if it is not. However, when they do bring back an item, there are often slight changes to it. Whether it be size, stone weight, or markings, changings often occur.

I know even here in Canada it's not widely distributed. St Onge has a flagship store in Mont Tremblanc (a skiing town in Quebec) but in Ontario only a hand full of authorized dealers carry the line.

I know for a fact that you can buy from them by writting them an email so I guess they ship wherever you are....?!?

Thanks. I may give them a call. It's just so much more fun to see the pieces in person and try them on before you buy. And there are about five things on the website that I am in love with!
I agree, its better to try it on before you buy, but all st. onge pieces are so detailed and heavy with gold weight I think even if you order over the phone and ship it. when you receive it you will be very pleased!!

what are you thinking of ordering?
I ordered mine through the website then had it shipped to Toronto. I visited the store in tremblant, but didn't buy at that time...which I regretted immediately lol

<<what are you thinking of ordering?>>

I'm looking at pendants. My picks on the website are:

p.1, first row, #3
p.2, first row, #1
p.3, fourth row, #1
p.5, first row, #1
p.6, third row, #2

They're all lovely, but I have a tendency to favor certain types of designs, and I must be strict with myself about only buying pieces that add a new "flavor" to my collection, LOL.

I'm also looking at Kwiat's jasmine pendant.

Decisions, decisions...
