Yep...I learned my lesson the hard way too. The guy cut a hole in the side of my shoe!!!! I made him buy them. Then I sent them to Deno and had my shoes fixed as best they could. It was my nightmare. I don't mind waiting 2 mths. I have other shoes I need to wear while one is gone!!!:smile1:

I've found that Tory products aren't the best quality. I've found that with clothes, shoes, even phone cases. Huge bummer because it's all so cute and well designed but I've stopped purchasing because of the low quality-not worth the price.

terrible quality. i do have one pair of pumps that have somehow made it through the years, but my patent leather flats did not fare well. They do not hold up well in the rain (the black patent bow flats bled through, had black stains on my feet that took forever to wash off. the shoe never felt the same again). One pair I just threw out (there was a hole in the patent!) and the black flats have been on their last legs for a while, but I bought retail so I just really can't part with them yet.

I am surprised that you didn't have good luck with the clothes. I have a lot of her clothing items, and they are really well made. My issue with her clothes it's the lack of consistency in size and that everything is made for tall poeple!!

I have a pair of patent leather eddie flats and a pair of lace espadrilles. I haven't had any issues and I've worn them a lot. They are still in perfect condition and the quality of both is excellent.

Sorry to hear that others are having problems. Maybe some styles of shoe are not as well made as others.

You should send an email with the picture attached to customer service... Long time ago, I bought revs flat n 3 months later, one of shoe elastic came off...they replace me with brand new one after I sent an email to them n they told me to bring them back to the nearest Tory Burch store.:smile1:

TB shoe quality is just BAD BAD BAD. My first ever pair of Revas, I wore once until I noticed the front of the shoe separating from the sole. My other pairs seem to be holding up, for noe, but I treat them with kid gloves. Just overall disappointing.
