UK Chanel HEATHROW Info - Prices and Stock

Ideally you would get a personal shopper to escort you

i’ve been trying to look through the thread and it seems you can’t go between terminals unless you’re flying out of that terminal? can someone confirm you must use a personal shopper to take you?

i would prefer to go on my own since i don’t have anything specific i want. more just wanna see what’s available and see what catches my eye.

this may impact my decision of what airline to book with. hahahah.

If my flight is at t2 how do i go t3 to shop when it's usually after the security and customs? How do i get out to go back to t2? Interested in seeing what's in Chanel tomorrow
A personal shopper could help, however I have seen fellow members transfer themselves, not sure how.
PM me and I’ll give you my PS number if she’s free she may be able to get someone to help you.

I know it’s possible, I’ve seen posts from fellow tpf members. Maybe call up the personal shopper and customer services and ask, im sure they can help.

Hello
Yes sure, I can give you the details 1 week before your flight out - apologies that’s my PS request, as they are only able to reserve items the day before the flight.
Thank you, it’s actually my friend who’s picking up my Chanel. I’m going to try to reserve it before she gets to the boutique on that day. Really appreciate it - thank you

Hi, it's much easier using the PS service. They can take you through back doors/special elevators that helps to save time for the transfer. It's a pretty far bus ride between T3 and T5 and then you have to go through security for both terminals. Hope this helps.

thanks for your advice! i would be flying out of terminal 2 and i have no idea how far it is or how hard it is to transfer. i guess i’ll contact a PS before i leave. thank you!!!

I see. T2 to T3 is slightly closer than going to T5. It's easier with a PS while you shop anyway. They know all the SAs and they can also reserve items for you one day before your departure. Contact the PS shopper service online so you get assigned one before your travel time. Sometimes, the PS will send you pictures of the stock before you fly and that makes shopping even easier. Enjoy!
