Hi. I got a call yesterday from the jewelers daughter. she said he is very sick.. and closed suddenly.

She had my receipt for the money I have given towards my lay-away but doesn't seem to know where my repair of my cross is.. Still waiting to hear back on that one.

Good news! Glad that they did get in contact with you.
I had a situation where my jewelers were robbed. My engagement ring and cartier tank was there but thank goodness my jewelery wasn't taken. Since that scare, I donot use that jeweler again.
