My first Hermes bag is a B30 in Epsom.
I had intended to use twillies all the time initially, but when I learned here on TPF that you should not store your bags with twillies, I mostly wear my B30 without them now. Too much of a hassle to put them on and take them off all the time. The few times I worry about a "hand cream situation", I just grab a pretty cotton handkerchief to hold my Birkin. That's a tip I read somewhere in one of the Barenia threads.
Regarding organizers - I tried two (a Samorga and another brand) because I like my bags more structured than slouchy and a black B30 can be somewhat of a "black hole". While I usually like Samorga's organizers, this model as well as the other brand's almost created a "dent" in the front and back panels. I tried to fix this by taking in the sides of the organizer with needle and thread, but to no avail.
Finally, I have settled for a Fourbi-type organizer. It doesn't do anything for the B's structure, but it makes it easier for me to find things due to the light color and switch between bags, because I can take out all the content at once. Plus, it protects the inside should anything ever spill or scratch.
For structure, I bought a beautiful bag pillow for storage, custom-made by a tpf member
@Tonimichelle which I love. It is stable enough to support the bag but does not stretch it out. It has also helped to make the dent disappear.
