Trying to love it...

Hi! Have you had any issues with the hardware on your Speedy in DE? I have the B30 in DE and all the rivers are super scratched (so much so that even some of the LV engraving is hard to read) and the D rings are tarnished too. Which is not the case with any of my other LV bags.

All hardware on my speedy B 30 DE got “scratched” within 6 months of use.
I simply do not care for the use I make out of it

I am also a speedy lover, I have B25 in DE, eying on B25 Azur. I dont even use my Alma BB as speedy is too good to switch off.

I did the same thing with the Speedy----- bought a couple, decided hand held bags were definitely not for me, unloaded them and still occasionally find myself looking at them. Of course now that they have the b version I may have to give it a go again

I would definitely give Speedy B a go! Having the strap option is a game changer for sure!

Maybe you should give it another try and force yourself into using it a couple of times. When I first got my mono NF, I was in love with the look of the bag, but when I used it for the first two times, it didn’t feel comfy - I thought it would dig too much into my shoulder with the thin straps. However, I continued using the bag, and during the following couple of times I noticed and started to appreciate other advantages that this bag offers such as great storing capacity, room for a laptop, easy access to the items, etc. Now I’m a NF fan and already have several NFs in my collection. So I suggest to try using the bag a couple of items before you decide to sell it - any maybe you’ll acquire a taste for it

Update: it’s been 7 days since my disheartened “trying to love it” post and now I can officially say I LOVE it!
This bag is perfect for a work tote! I threw in my PA for when I need a quick grab-and-go and the set is complete!

Maybe try to switch off with the Speedy & NF every other day for 2 weeks and see how you feel by the end of it. I really like the NF, because it can hold much more than my Speedy B. Plus, there are days where I may need to bring my laptop, and my laptop cannot fit in my Speedy B. But if you are not set with the NF, that's not a problem. You probably just don't like the functionality of the bag - I would try to return or sell on the market.

I have a Neverfull GM in ebene and I hate it. I am one of the few that don’t like it! I hate the straps. Too short, too thin, and so uncomfortable! If you aren’t loving it I would sell, since it will be in practically new condition. I am saving mine in hopes my daughter will want it as a school bag. I would t even use it for travel I dislike it so much.

Yay! No judgment, but it's hard to understand what people dislike about this bag. I have two, am sensitive to discomforts, and have never had an issue unless I have grossly overloaded itt. Maybe the straps on the DE version are stiffer? I only have vachetta strap experience. Using so many styles of bags, there is something so great about the NF....you can see everything at a glance. So easy! Enjoy!

I have the Ebene NF in MM, the original with the script font, and I hate it. The straps dig into my shoulders. They're stiff and they've never softened. They stand up like soldiers. It's bulky and cumbersome. I bump into people with it. Now I only use it if I've got a coat or heavy sweatshirt on and I can chuck it into a shopping cart. I have it in Mono as well ( ) and I like the softer vacetta straps although they too, dig into my shoulders. I would never ever buy anything in Ebene ever again. And I certainly would not recommend a NF unless you're a tote person. I'm all Speedy, all the time.
