I retract my earlier pic - for whatever reason, probably the lighting - the difference looks more pronounced than it actually is. I had more time and better lighting in a different store today and while there is a difference, it's not quite that much.
The crossbody is a little lighter color and a little duller. It does have silver hardware. Mine has BP hardware which is matte black and completely different than the shiny DK hardware on the chalk Dinky and Rogue. There's no dimension to the color of the crossbody and to me it reads very slightly warmer than the Dinky.

As I was comparing the crossbody and Dinky in the dept store the SA kept telling me they were exactly the same. BS. There was absolutely no comparison in the quality. Besides the obvious like the fabric interior, the leather was thinner and the hardware lighter. However, that is reflected in the fact that it is much cheaper.

Thanks so much for the comparison!!! Okay it looks closer in color in this pic than the other one. I have a Dinky and the leather is amaazing on it. I'm afraid I would be disappointed in the other one due to that fact. Then again if there was a nice sale price on it I might be inclined since it costs a lot less. I don't know though. Yours is quite beautiful and with the Forest interior *swoon*.Can you tell I'm kind of smitten with your Dinky? If this appears online and I'm able to use the PCE I might be a goner. lol
Oh I already know there's no comparison and I haven't even seen the turnlock one in person lol.

The department store cross body is more reminiscent of the original Penny...the Dinky is a bit more polished.
I saw the cross body at both B and M and the color looked different...probably lighting. The one at Macyswas richer...don't know why, maybe lighting?
I'm going to order the Dinky 24 at some point in the next couple of weeks--it's not part of the PCE, right?
I agree about the quality of the crossbody. I played around with a few at Dillard's and they weren't anywhere near the quality of the dinky.
Saddle Bag 23 - Fog / Adobe
Beautiful bag. I was really hoping to see a saddle bag in person today. I was looking at them all night last night and really wanted to see either the dahlia or one of the purples, but my store didn't have any. I think a saddle bag will be next on my list. The leather looks so amazing.

I know the azure and forest are excluded. I don't know about any of the others.

It's a really nice neutral shade...I love the edge paint on it...amps it up a bit.
I thought so...my SA told me that as well...was wondering if JAX was following the same list...you know how inconsistent it can be in Coach world!
