I believe she is generally--I am sure it depends on the bag. She is incredibly responsive and lovely to boot. Can't hurt to ask.

Lovely gal and, depending on bag and type, may negociate. Plus the bags I recieved were in excellent, like-new condition and AUTHENTIC!
