Lots of red flags. Also, I know the current resale prices of B25s are crazy….but please don’t fall for too good to be true pricing. Trust your gut.

Prices too good to be true; backgrounds for the bags all different including some that appear to be Photoshopped and others that appear to be inside boutiques; I wouldn't touch this one....sorry!

I noticed that many H lovers I follow also follow her IG and she follows some of the Singaporean resellers I am familiar with. Looks like she is based in China. Her stock is crazy, I assume it is virtual, but regardless to have access to so much stock is insane, given many resellers utilise virtual stock but do not have even close to the same volume as her.

and you can see she does her best to hide her identity. Wears gloves when her hand is in the picture, blurs background when it's a wide shot :D

I assume she has a team of buyers working for her.

This is why I have a hard time buying from reseller (aside from the obvious feeding the beast argument and all): there must be fakes embedded in there. Mathematically it’s just not possible.

hi - long story short, I recently bought a GORGEOUS Birkin 35 secondhand from a popular reseller who authenticates, etc.

I paid a bunch of $$ for it and have carried it a few times. I now realize this bag is simply too heavy for me. I am not considering keeping it as occasional.

What is the best way to resell one of these? Trouble I'm having is that I *just* bought it less than a month ago. the service I used, I've sold with before and can get up to 85% of the sale price, which will be set at what I paid. But at that commission, with sales tax I'm set to "lose" about $2k.

Is there a safe/recommended way to sell this directly? Maybe through Paypal escrow? Or is a retailer just how this is done with such an expensive item?
