Has anyone heard of Bella Vita Moda based in London? I just discovered them. Thanks

Goodness, they have a great selection! It would be fantastic if they were found to be reputable sellers. They don’t have much info on the condition of the bags, though?

Edit- just read the T and C page- all sales are final, no refunds

I just came across this thread, I don’t think I would buy from them.

This is from the website; I don't think the stock is in the UK - possibly just a management office:

Bella Vita Mode Ltd. is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, and whose registered and management office is located at 71 - 75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We also have administration, storage and management facilities in Continental Europe and Hong Kong.

Anyone has any feedback on buying preloved H on RealReal? Some of their bags seem priced pretty well compared to other preloved sites, but I have zero knowledge on authenticity (even more because they post 5 pics for a 10K bag...). I am looking at a B40 or K40. If anyone has a few words of advice or anything they want to say about H on RealReal, let me know!

I bought a Kelly at TRR several years ago. It was a great buy at a great price - however, I also spent a LOT of time on the phone with a sales rep who took multiple additional photos for me, and of course I had the bag authenticated by Bababebi. TRR also did mail the bag all by itself in a cardboard box with no padding!!!!

More recently (and I posted about this earlier here) I asked for extra photos of a Kelly I was considering in "very good" condition. This time TRR was much less helpful and when I did receive the photos there was severe damage to the bag. IMO it was too damaged to be sold at all, and certainly the damage was at a level that should have been noted. TRR told me "the bag fits our definition of Very Good condition".

Now - if you buy with a credit card with good protection, and TRR messes you about, your CC company can force a return. But you're risking a lot of annoyance.
There is also a dedicated TRR thread in the general forum.
