Hello everyone!
Does anyone really know about hermesculture? I am currently very worried, because I have some problems with her. i have paid for two Birkin bag but I only get one a Birkin (Birkin which I have received is authentic), she kept the money refund. She remaining and not used that money will change to a different pocket if I want, but I do not want another bag, I need to refund the money. She told me to wait to sell her bags but then I do not want to pay I'm money. I gave her one week period. but a week past her without pay. I had to buy a bag that she is (I get is Authentic), the amount left over after buying her bags did not pay immediately. During that time she sold me a Birkin bag, but it's Mykonos Fake, I was sent back and she promised to pay me money in my bank acount. But she did not pay and forced me to buy another Birkin to her by that amount. Pls give me some advice, what do I do now?

Please don't post this kind of personal information! It's against the rules to post names/bank ID.

It appears it was my black fjord Birkin that is being discussed and I'm wondering what happened to it from the time it left me until it reached kristie. It was in perfect condition and not used, no lint or dirty inside, no white paint, etc. I've had a terrible experience in dealing with Get Styled by Lulu in that the owner, XXX, thinks nothing of changing the rules to suit her needs. She is very sly and money hungry and basically stole money from me. Beware and stay away!

Yesterday I saw an item on the website of Let Trade. I would love to own it and immediately sent an email to LT and gave them a call, since on the website it says "Contact us for purchase. Bank wire-transfer only!" and there's no "Buy Now" button or whatever to click on. Called a few times and seems like they do not open on Sundays so I left voice message as well.

This morning they emailed me and said "the item has been purchased by internet instant purchase customer". I asked why, and LT replied, "a return customer who purchased from us before decided to take the bag, she understand that we will require payment deposit by Paypal and so she sent us the deposit by Paypal before we gave her any reply. So by the time we check email again, we already got her deposit and item was removed from website for her."

I find that completely unfair to first-time customer like me. Even if that "returning customer" deposited $ into LT's account, that doesn't mean LT is readily entered into a contract, since LT has not yet replied whether the bag is still available for sale. For others who have no experience in dealing with LT may find out later that the item they want is illusional. If I know earlier that by pushing a chunk of money to LT would have reserve the bag for a while (if that ever make any sense at all) I might have done so.

After the email exchanges LT called, the lady said her colleague who dealt with this transaction is "too afraid to speak to me" (?!). She explained that the customer is a reseller from Vietnam and LT sort of communicated with the customer about the bag last friday. While the item is still posted on LT's website, the Vietnam reseller disregarded whether it's a business day or to wait for LT's reply, and just deposit $ to LT via Paypal. The lady apologized and said they would rather have more local end-users like me to buy from LT, blah blah blah.

I understand quite some tPFers have purchased from LT before with good experience. But I would think twice before doing the same again.

Hello!
Did anyone ever purchase anything from validc (on ebay?), am eyeing on an H bag from the seller but want to make sure that it's authentic...TIA!
and thanks much Audreylita for answering my question on Hermes**....

LuvBirkin-I've had nothing but great experiences with Let-Trade. As I understand you're upset that you didn't get the bag you wanted, they are still a reputable seller, bottom line. You're dealing with different time zones and they may have been in negotiations, as they said. In any event, I'm sorry you didn't get the bag you had wanted.

^ I also dealt with Let-Trade twice and very happy about them.
Sorry, LuvBirkin, but I don't blame them for prefering to deal with the repeat customer rather than a new one. Hope you will find your bag soon! :smile1:

I thought this thread is to discuss various experiences with resellers. I wish I can have great experiences to share and recommend in future, but your great experiences with the shop cannot prevent others from having a not-so-good moment, even though the seller is "reputable" to some.

I live in the same town where Let Trade locates. Of course it will be out of my control when others are already queuing ahead of me for the bag. Just that their explanation is hard to believe, as if they have no choice but to enter into a single-sided sale contract with that customer.

Something simple like "You are not the first one who wants to buy it / you are too late / we prefer a repeating customer" will suffice.

:flowers:

Well they did mentioned they will contact me again if they find something I might like. Will see.

The way LetTrade conducted it's business and whether it is a reputable reseller (ie selling authentic goodies) are two separate things.

I transacted with LetTrade before. They are slow to respond. Phones were not picked up and emails were only responded after one or two days. I can say it is not a responsive seller. However, I was satisfied with the purchase.

Luvbirkin is merely sharing her experience with this seller. I am sure she is not saying it is not a reputable seller. And we are here to share experience, it is the purpose of this thread.

Hope Luvbirkin can find her bag soon.

Thank you bagfarm :flowers: There is so much to learn about purchasing from resellers and/or online.

so I just wanted to follow up with an apology if I came off as harsh...I understand this thread is to discuss resellers. I was merely responding to luvbirkin statement of "I would think twice before buying from Let-Trade".
