I must admit, I have never heard about this brand before as I am a LV Girl, but yesterday at the dept Store in my city I saw the Brigitte Bardot Limited Edition and I think I fell in LOVE with it... Ugh... But I don't know if I should get it or not since I am used to wear only LV... It costs quite a lot for a non-leather-bag...€ 1290.... This one:

I have had Fashionphile sell some things for me as well as selling outright to them. I have also visited their store in Beverly Hills quite a few times. They have a lot of stock at any given time. My experiences have been good.
 
Just had a NOT good transaction with trendyground2009. A supposedly "excellent" H scarf arrived yesterday with a STAIN in it, after a month of waiting for one of my favorite designs. Today, I had to go to the post office and ship it back to Hong Kong. What a pain and a disappointment.

And I will add that trendyground2009 handled this error very well this morning, and has now offered to pay for the return shipping, and was very apologetic. So that is a huge point in his favor.
 
I had a great transaction on ebay with Cheapfrillsnorth! Perfect description, she shipped it that day, and fast email follow ups. I am very excited about my new bag and she was more than wonderful to do business with. She kept me aware of what was going right away and responded to my emails as soon as she got them. We had a problem with the shipper and she was on top of the situation which was frustrating to both of us. She was great and deserves high praise!

Now a word about the Shipper.........I was very frustrated with service (very expensive express service btw) from DHL. They dropped the ball several times and their customer service was lacking. We (Cheapfrillsnorth and I) had to contact DHL everytime we saw a tracking delay because they did not contact either of us when first they lost the bag, then could not find my Tax ID number which was an error they had it, then promised the bag would be to me in 1-2 days after that delay but it again was not moving and finally showed up to be delivered 6 days later. Finally on that day, the home stretch, they mixed up the package with another and mine was delivered to another customer. Not a house mixup like it went to a neighbor, they mixed up the packages on the truck. I found the error tracking on line when I saw somebody I did not know signed for the bag. I had no idea nor did they about what had happened. The bag did arrive later 'misdelivery' the driver said. It was very frustrating to find that they can only communicate with the drivers if they have a personal cell phone and that they were not going to have the driver go back to retrieve the package until the following day. He did go back when he realized his error, that the bag he was delivering to me did not have my address on it (sounds fishy yes?) so I did get the bag and it is perfection but I won't use DHL again.
