Sure - just as bad if they are erroneously giving negative or positive feedback, erroneous as in not reflective of the reality, or as a favour to a friend, or to be malicious or even helpful. At the end of the day, any potential buyer has to evaluate for him or herself what kind of feedback is out there, positive or negative. What is negative (or equally, positive) to someone might not be perceived that way by someone else.
At the end of the day, it seems just as pointless to get upset because someone has a bad review, in their personal experience, as if they have a good experience someone takes issue with.
It all has to be weighed against your own personal risk tolerance and expectations.
I don't come to this thread that often. It was interesting to me that on the day I completed a very positive experience with Jane, and was about to post that information, someone had just posted a negative comment based of what they'd been told by others.
I promise, Misti, it doesn't upset me in the least.
