You mean my opinion here? Sry I don't have any on the carbon. I do have 2 classic Trinity rings which are beautiful but extremely uncomfortable to wear, much less than the Panthères and even the Love ring. Have to admit I seem to be the only one complaining about the Trinity as my SAs don't understand that.

May I ask which continent you are located in because of the price increase?

I meant you have a good point regarding Cartier being biased..

I am based in the Middle East (I shop in Dubai/Jeddah).

I am in the same region Dubai and I really don't know which Cartier to go to or call to ask about the ceramic trinity because I really want something I can wear for like 50+ years you know not something that'll break. Tbh I fell Cartier in Dubai mall isn't very helpful but I don't know which region or store to ask.

If you haven’t called the boutique, I’d suggest calling a couple of boutiques in the US or Europe and see if you receive consistent answers. Their contact number is listed online.

Regarding online chat, I have experience in using it as I’ve used it several times.

The few times I have used them, they have given me very good, informative answers as they have access to information on each item via their computer. I find them better than the assistance via their 800 number here in the US when it comes to information on an item.

I don’t find them to be biased as it’s not as if they are getting a sell. They are there to give product information.
