Yes, they should come from Italy. Since it is Pre-Fall collection and it won't become an regular item to purchase during the year, I expect that US factories won't produce these bags. (What is good!)

I will for sure! I am honestly quite concerned about that too! Did you notice that right away or did that develop after some time? May I ask you when did you get the bag and did you start to wear it right away (curious about any "break in" time).
I just received mine in the mail today and have not used it yet. I put a few things in just to see how it would sit, and this is what happened with the zipper. Inside is only the toiletry pouch 15, Victorine wallet, key ring holder and another pouch similar in size to the toiletry 19. Another lady told me she has had hers a few weeks now and hers does not do this.
Hmm...would be nice if your friend will send you a photo of her loaded bag for a comparison with yours and I would show that to your SA...
