Actually my GP was more of an impulse buy as I just wanted to prove to her I am a sincere customer and not just a window shopper.
Very wrong thinking I know and my friends have chided me.

But luckily, I grew to love my GP more and more and it turned out to be a wonderful decision for me. :heart:

I abhor this kind of blatant manipulation.
This behaviour is perpetuated by a brand being given icon status and worshipped, and I loathe it.
Take your money elsewhere my dear and enjoy it's benefits on something more worthy of you.

I KNEW i was being manipulated.
I KNEW i was being scorned and being made a mockery.
Even when my aunts tried to stop in, same line as what you said, yet I dont know for the life of me, why I did what I did. I cant fathom why i couldnt just walk away.

I think i wanted to held on to that tiny flicker of hope she flicked along my way.
wishful thinking but maybe just maybe.

will not succumb to such treatment again.

Wow man I really feel terrible for you. This is absolutely unbelievable and even for a busy store like FSH I think it's rare to have this treatment. You have been super patient and understanding and frankly you need a new SA there. Are you still on Paris, please do enjoy the trip, the museums and the food. The weather should be better soon. Congrats on the Sakura GP, it's a lovely bag and really very easy to use and perfect for SG. Take care and hugs to you.
 
I am so sorry this happened to you! The way you were threated is completely unacceptable, that SA was not only rude but a bully! To treat a customer like that should have had her fired honestly. When I was there a couple of weeks ago the store was packed with people but I got the nicest SA, I had the best time. The experiences at this store vary to such a great extent it really seems to depend on luck who you get served by.

This happen in early may, quite some time back.

thank you, i had some wonderful shopping in Chanel and the SAs were all super sweet and lovely (no matter which store, service was very excellent and consistent), a vast difference from Hermes.

so happy for you dear. yes I agree SA is so important. they form most of the shopping experience for customer!

I went back FSH to get more accessories and I met the sweetest SA there too. sadly she told me she couldnt help me much as she is not allowed in the bags section.
I even met her again outside of hermes and we recognized each other and exchanged greetings.

I wont say all SAs are bad, just need to meet 1 rotten apple to totally ruin the experience or just meet a sweet one to salvage the experience. =)
 
Dear Arielle84, reading your experience makes me so angry!
I was at FSH several times and the service was never extraordinary, sometimes indifferent and the SA's always seem very exhausted and tired. But being so disrespectful to a customer is just a nightmare! I'm shocked!
Please never let somebody treat you this way again! I hope nevertheless you enjoy your GP! RS such a lovely colour!

Sorry to hear about your experience at FSH, it sounds astonishing. I wouldn't have looked for her the second time there. Others probably had better luck with a different SA. I guess luck really matters.

I'd glad you still managed to score some awesome items, love the CDC and rose sakura garden party! We are twins:p I see you managed to score a variety of accessories in this beautiful pink too!

I have just gotten into Hermes myself and so far its been good with my little purchase.
I haven't asked for a bag yet.. so we will see.. fingers crossed
