Do VCA still give out travel pouches? I purchased the necklace and bracelet past Saturday but the SA told me they are no longer carry travel pouches, they only have soft and hard cases. Is this correct?

I think this is correct. I just called a boutique to place an order, and the SA told me the same thing.

I ended up ordering online as the SA told me they did not have any in stock and the wait time for the item was ridiculous. SA told me if I ever stop in the store, he would give me the box if they don't send it with the online purchase.

Never heard of VCA offering a soft case. But based on the recent posts and my person experience, with e-boutique purchases they typically include the hard jewelry box, occasionally with the travel pouch but not guaranteed. Boutique purchases may varies, depend on what packaging they have available at the time, you'll either get the eco-friendly packaging, which is a white cardboard box with travel pouch, or the traditional packaging, which is the hard case with or without the travel pouch. I can't imagine them eliminating the travel pouch since it's part of their new eco-friendly packaging.

I just got my necklace and earrings back from getting serviced and the SA at Shorthills gave me 2 travel pouches when I asked.
Hi, did Short Hills charge to extend your necklace? I purchased a pendant on line and when I called them about having it extended they indicated that Short Hills may charge a fee because it is a stand alone boutique. I can send it directly to NY, they will send me a shipping label.
When I purchased it in December 2022, they told me it is no longer done too. Maybe I should try again.

Yes, definitely try again. Email Client Relations and if you have your order number, etc include it in your email. I recently purchased 3 items online and after the purchases, once they arrived (they want it to arrive before sending out anything), I notified them and got them within the next week.
I recently got some pouches for my ring and there's two slots. Maybe you can request a ring pouch or another pouch for each earring. I wouldn't want my earrings in the same pouch either for fear of unnecessary scratches.
Nope, no charge. They never charge me for any repairs for items I purchased via the website.
