My SA researched this one for me about 10 days ago - It was never released in the Satchel in the US - only the Tote and Sage. They had a "very limited quanity" in distribution at JAX - which you could call to order. I ended up getting the Elevated Tote, only because Macy's had it on their one day 25 + 20% off sale.

Sv/mv should be mauve. Sage is coming out in those colors as well (at least as far as I know), but I'm not having any luck with the drill downs.
I've been calling Jax to inquire about the items that are available to order but not available online but seems Jax has begun to "smarten up" and not divulge any items that are not online. It's strange because I have ordered and received items that are not on the web and they now say these don't exist. Does anyone have any information on this, is it happening to anyone else?
also, customer service informed me about a patent Abigail in plum but then she stated it was on backorder....
CS is either being evasive or honestly has no idea what is going on. It really depends who ends up reading your message. I have gotten the most frustrating replies, it feels like I'm taking to a robot most of the time. I suspect these folks are not, shall we say, well-paid.
I have realized I am best off getting info from my own SA at my store. She has the same access to the same info as the CS drones.

I think they are told now not to inform the public about new items, unless the stores are ordering it... we will see, maybe others have had same thing happen too...
It's happened frequently in the past few weeks. I think you could be correct about "smartening up".... I think TPF bombards them when inquiries when we hear someone else has been able to pre-order. (I'm extremely quilty!)
FYI, I asked about Saddle/Brass in the Lindsey, Sophia, Abigail & Hailey. Today's response was it's only currently available in the Abigail - and it will not be made in Hailey. No dates on Lindsey or Sophia.
I asked about all of the Madison styles coming in Cherry - this was response:

Thanks for the info, I am going to my SA tonight so I have put a call in to her to do some homework... i will get some info then and will post tomorrow. I am really looking forward to the patent abigail in plum!!!! I do have the abigail in saddle, it looks more orangy, but still a beautiful bag, i have wanted to post my pics but i am having some difficuly doing so and have not had much time to work on other options, will do soon...

It may be a little too much on the orange side for me. I'll need to look at this bag for a while and decide if she's a keeper or not.

^ I agree, I kinda expected Saddle to be a deep brown color, but on my monitor, its definitely way more orange than I expected. My Brass/Brown Kristen seems more brown than that.
Ok, this is not good for me, your pic looks kind of like Persimmon on my computer...I was expecting the Saddle colour to be like the colour of the Coach leather jacket in saddle. I would have been very happy with that.

Whaaaaa...not good news for me then...I wanted a replacement for my smelly Dove Lindsey that I returned and now a saddle colour that will not saddle after all! I will have to give Coach a break...my brain needs a break away from Coach for a while!
