Trust me, I did. The manager and the other SA knows how displeased I was. Maybe that's why they are trying so hard to get me the bag. Either way, they know I come in there frequently and they probably don't want to lose a customer. I could be totally off but as long as I get my bag, I could care less.
 
Good :D I hate when that kind of crap happens. Just like that time I put a shirt on hold at Dior and when I went back for it...it was gone....I was like WTF! Thankfully it wasn't my regular SA who messed up :laugh:

Ohhh, I'd be so PO'd! What did you do/say? What did your SA do when she found out about it? I'd be livid!

They tried to find me another one, but unfortunately it was the last in the damn country!!!! My SA worked at another boutique so he couldn't do much about it:cry:

Noriko - that truly sux...guess you win some, you lose some but it's tragic that you have to pay for someone else's mistakes. That's kinda what it feels like to me right now and hopefully I'm not overreacting. I would have appreciated "don't know but let me find out and call you back" response more than what I got which was "yep, I can get the back for you for sure." Hopes just crashed and burned.

She wanted to know if I was still interested in the bag b/c she is working w/ corporate to get me one ASAP and she didn't want to waste anyone's time if I lost interest already. Great!! finally you will hear an exciting news from them in a week or two not months! Let us know when you hear back from them! And I am sorry you had to get through all of that stressing moments..I know how you feel! But I know soon you will be getting the bag you have been waiting for:smile1: .
 
Thanks SweetTea! Yes, I hate waiting but it's just the principle of the matter, you know? Don't tell me something unless you know that it's 100% true. Otherwise, it can backfire and the SA's lose their credibility in an instant (and potentially their customer). And I know it's hard to keep info straight and consistant when there are so many SA's but your job is know that right? ;)
 
You are not over reacting. If you sell a product, you should do your research on said product. I would expect the staff at higher-end/designer stores to know their merchandise inside and out! Or ask a manager/higher up if the SA doesn' know!

Exactly! But here's the thing: the SA confirmed w/ a manager that I was to have a bag so kinda makes the manager look a little flaky too. I just want an answer! I hate the waiting part!:laugh:
