I'm not in NY, but I have to agree with you! The shoes and bags in your pictures don't do it for me. But the apparel... that's a different story!
I went to the TB sale on the first day and got some clothing items and some sandals as well

CUSP has the Eddie Lambskin Ballet Flat in bleach (white) and kir royale (coral) for $119. I got an email today for 25% off of your first purchase from Cusp today through June 19th. The code is 25CUSP. The email states that it is only valid on select regular-priced merchandise, but I was able to use it on sale merchandise. And while it does say that the code is only valid for the email address it is sent to, it is not a "unique" code and before I entered my account information I entered the code and it took off the discount. With the additional 25% off, I was able to get the Eddies in bleach for $89.25. They still have some left in limited sizes (5.5, 6.0, 8.0, 8.5). They also have some other Tory Burch items on sale.

I must admit that at first, I didnt think I was going to get anything, but after spending over an hour lining up, and over 2 hrs trying on various pieces, I thought I should get something and ended up, getting more than I wanted. But oh well, where I live in Asia/London, I find the TB Sample Sale prices to be reasonable especially on the coats/dresses. As far as the rest of the items are concerned, I agree with other comments on here, that you find similar items/prices in dept stores....
