Sorry, I tried and I can't pick 5. My favorite, um, well, more than five, are all one-of-a-kind, hand-embroidered masterpieces from here or there. Increasingly difficult to find, you might tell me they should be framed and hung on the wall, and indeed there are things framed and hung on my walls that are not too different. 
I guess my justification is that these are textile arts that have traditionally been part of things, bags included, that are for real use by real humans, so I can excuse my arm caviar by saying I am helping to preserve a variety of cultural traditions!
