Tod's T bag or Cloé Paddington

If you have an eye on TODs I say go for it.
their bags are excellent quality - just not screaming 'designer!' like some logo bags.

You won't be sorry with a TODs bag and it will last you forever. They aren't "trendy" but always look in style. I don't know what we will think of Paddy's in a year or two.

i went to the boutique ladies...with my four year old son! he made friends with the security guards and other customers. i was more afraid that he was going to run into all the sharp edges and break the mannequins on display after pretending to shake their hands!

anyway, there were lots of sophisticated foreignors (euros for sure) buying up a bunch of bags and shoes. i didn't realize how popular it was among the preppy-chic set. i loved it!

i looked at the piccola tbag, they only had deep brown, black and violet; the bigger one also in brown and black. the small is definitely too small; the pockets don't look as functional as the bigger one. but i wish they had more colors!!

i went with the smaller bensonville b/c of the color (rust) and the look of the bag. i did like the tbag but if they had a different color i would have bought it. i don't have much time (one week) before my third is born (2nd son!) so i can't wait for colors to come in.

the boutique did have the bensonville large in a medium grey color which is beauitful but didn't go with my coloring.

the tod's leather is i have to say very yummy

Hi, I really like both bags but I really love the Tods one and it hasn't been copied by a gazillion people which makes it a lot more unique and interesting (I find). Good luck and I am sure you will love which ever one you choose.

Thanks so much to all of you for helping me to make my mind up.
Congrats to your purchase "babyheart". I looked at this one as well.
I think I will go ahead and get the T- bag, I like the quality and it being diffrent without "screaming" like you said "Yourelica" designer.
I will get it in the color I described earlier, a sort of brandy, whisky tone very deep and rich color.

And who knows I might find somewhere a second hand paddy or if I am a really good girl treat myself for christmas.

I would get the Paddington but you need to go with what you like the most!

The tod's looks very functional and classy. I love the chloe paddington as well but these are two very different bags you are comparing. I guess it comes down to personal taste. The paddy is very roomy inside but as others said, kinda hard to get in and out of ... especially with the lock.

Good luck with whatever choice you make. You can't go wrong

Definitely buy the Tod's. I have the large Mickey bag and it is great. Great quality and a great company. Plus, everybody has the the chloe bag. It's a very trendy bag that is getting old already.

I love the look of the Paddington, but I hate spending a lot of money on a purse I don't carry very often because it is not very practical. I need functional bags. I vote for the Tod's, I think its kind of funky. And, honestly - as much as I loved the Paddy when it first came out, I'm kinda over it.
