TOD'S shoe sizing and fit - need opinions on styles

I just bought a beautiful pair of Todd's driving mocs--the Gommini Mocassin on SALE in light pink in what looks like Saffiano leather. I purchased my usual European size of 36.5. The mocassin's are a bit lose on my feet. But if I go down a half size I think they will be too tight and I'm concerned that the Saffiano won't stretch. Any advice?

Does anyone have these sandals?

I need to know if they are true to size or come up small.

I already know to take a half size down in the Gommino driving shoe but as I've never tried on Tods sandals I'm stuck as to whether or not I should do the same or buy my regular size.

Can anyone help with sizing?
