Well, she's here! Just acquired this Kelly 32 Eclat So Flash in Tadelakt, Rubis & Rose Tyrien. Not sure how I feel about her? There is some fading on front, which I can see under where sangles sit, so not sure she's a keeper? It's hard to catch in photos, but visible in last pic, which shows under front flap. Not sure once cleaned and conditioned that it'll be less visible? I want to love her because she's more rare, being a So Flash. I adore the Rose Tyrien inside! I paid $7,700+ for her, which seems like a great price?Appreciate advice on cleaning & conditioning - not sure what to do with Tadelakt? I have Luxegarde on hand. First of all I did not say it has to be a method for everyone to resolve a dispute, second, even if a Customer used charge back in some situations such as delivered an empty box, I don’t see any wrong doing on the customer part Either, especially if she/he had back and forth contacted seller...

Just filed a chargeback after speaking with TRR on the phone about the underhanded changes and still getting the run around. So shady! Chase feels I have a very strong case especially since I even have the order confirmation email stating the bag is "Swift." Uggg! Such a PIA!

Any update from TRR? Are they going to accept the return

Good news! TRR finally agreed to accept a return, and is waiving the return shipping as well as giving a $50 credit in my account. I'm relieved, but taking the sage advice here of not canceling the charge back until I receive a full refund. Thanks friends xxxxoooo

It usually takes 3-5 business days so TRR says for the full refund to reflect on your account
& think once that credit has been posted on your cc, you should be OK.
I'd check with my cc to just make sure it all is in order & if you can receive a confirmation
from your cc you are good to go.
Enjoy the $50 credit.. that's the least TRR could do , but they took the bag back & that's
what counts in spite of the unpleasantness in dealing with it all
