Tiffany's Necklace: should I keep this or trade it in?

I do have a lot of the Elsa Peretti pieces; I really love her designs. The graduated bead necklace is also something I'd definitely wear.

The problem is that I bought this with my 2 sisters, so I'm reluctant to trade it in. We had to choose something together, so this is what we came up with. I think I'll just keep it and not wear it except maybe to a family gathering. Now all the suggestions here have made me decide to go buy myself something else .

Sputnik: my dad bought the Gehry torque ring while we were there, in white gold. It's such a great, unique design! I think it's my favorite pieces Tiffany sells, at the moment.
