I get my silver jewelry from there polished about once a year, and they only charge me $10-15 depending on the size of the piece I bring in. I love it because they can get out most scratches and your jewelry looks brand new. The wait for me has usually been less than an hour each time. Totally worth the extra charge in my opinion.

Platinum and Diamonds are free but silver I think they will charge and will be done in 3-4 days

Tiffany clean gold and platinum jewelry for free but there is a charge for silver jewelry. Our life would be much easier if tiffany clean all their jewelry for free. Some of their silver jewelry are over $1000 and it sucks to pay extra for cleaning.
